Orchestration Desktop application
Yapuka Code is the desktop application that drives goOn: projects, missions, runs, agents and reviews, all in a single interface.
Overview
Yapuka Code is the command centre for development projects entrusted to AI agents. The application bundles the goOn engine and starts it for you: there is nothing else to install.
Installation
- Download
Yapuka Code.appand place it in the Applications folder. - Open the application. It looks for an existing goOn installation and, failing that, launches the one it bundles.
- The connection to goOn is established automatically using the machine’s local key.
If goOn cannot be found, the application shows the locations it checked. You can then give the path to the binary with the GOON_BINARY environment variable.

Working on a project
- Create a project and attach one or more folders to it (ideally Git repositories).
- Describe the missions: goOn breaks them down into sub-tasks, each with a role and an estimate.
- Start the run. Agents work on dedicated branches, never directly on your main branch.
- Follow the live logs and respond to escalations.
- Review the changes, then merge what suits you.
Keyboard shortcuts

Configuration files
Yapuka Code does not store any business data: everything lives in goOn. The service settings are in ~/.config/goon/config.yaml and ~/.config/goon/tasks.yaml.
